As People and Operations Lead, I enjoy blending my love of precision and interest in people, providing a robust structure and friendly, responsive culture needed to grow the business.
My remit at Reason is to make sure everything runs as smoothly as possible. I look after the company finances, processes and procedures, and also manage the People function, providing staff with everything they need to be happy and productive at work. My efforts were recognised last year as a BIMA 100 award winner in the Rising Stars category – a tribute to my contribution behind the scenes to Reason’s ongoing success.
My hospitality and events background has been invaluable, enabling me to multitask, prioritise, and make quick, informed decisions. I have a natural affinity with figures, an excellent understanding of the P&L, forecasting and budgeting, meticulous attention to detail and a passion for accuracy. At the same time, I love connecting with Reason people, helping them feel valued by the company and making their lives easier.
I am proud of building a culture where open discussions about mental health are welcome in the workplace. I have also initiated an inclusive and detailed onboarding process to ensure every new employee feels an integral part of Reason from their very first day in the office.
