We are a small group of delivery professionals who are passionate about delivering successful projects and products for our clients. Well versed in a variety of methodologies and frameworks - from PMI and Prince 2 to Agile and Kanban - we pride ourselves in being flexible and choosing the right approach to projects based on their requirements (rather than defaulting to one).
We are also ardent learners, continuously honing our skills, tools and techniques to ensure we as individuals and as a delivery team are performing to the best of our ability.
Reason has clients from a range of industries - insurance, fin-tech, education and fashion - with projects mostly focused on digital product development. We provide services at every stage of this process - research and validating the idea, experience and design, development of POCs and MVPs, and finally launching and supporting the live product through iterative improvement. Products range from B2C (i.e. getcoverly.com), B2B (i.e. Levi’s) and SaaS tools (i.e. Symphony) - hence the work is always varied, interesting and challenging.
We are excited to meet candidates who share our passion for all things project and product delivery related. Below are the areas in which the delivery team works, and the skills we are looking for in each one. This is an influential role in the organisation.
